Description:

The simple dry mortar powder production line is mainly composed of the following parts:

Working principles:
The mechanism of the horizontal multi-spiral mixer is mainly the shearing action of the ribbon. The BH horizontal multi-spiral mixer rotates the high-speed rotation of the agitator shaft, so that the inner and outer spiral belts turn the animal material in a large range, the inner spiral belt moves the material to both sides, and the outer spiral belt moves the material inward from both sides, so that The materials are mixed back and forth, and at the same time, some materials are driven by the spiral belt to move radially along the axial direction to form convection mixing. Through the above movement, the materials are quickly and uniformly mixed in a short time. Precautions:

3) When the mixer is running, do not open the inspection hole at will;
4) All operating parts should be rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow (or required);
5) The unit should be installed away from fire, ventilation and light transmission places;
6) Do not use the minor to operate the machine;
7) Non-professionals are not free to disassemble or modify the circuit control system;
8) Do not start the motor with heavy load to avoid overload damage to the motor.
