Description:

This type dry mix mortar plant manufactured by BH is manufactured above and below in accordance with the manufacturing process. Energy consumption is very low and covers a small area. Minor pollution of raw materials, on a larger scale, is more suitable for the production of conventional and unique mortar. The integrated waste control system for the dryer plant has been developed by BH, which uses Siemens PLC industrial computers and high-speed industrial equipment and world-renowned low-voltage generators.

Composition of BH dry mortar plant machinne:

We have three types of lines : simple type, semi-automatic and economical type, and full-automatic and high efficiency type.
The dry mortar production line consists of:

1. Drying and screening equipment for raw material: drum-type drier, screening machine.
2. Lifting equipments for raw material: bucket elevator, pneumatic conveyor, big bag discharging system and passenger&goods lift.
3. Storage system for raw material: main material silo and additives silo. They are designed according to the material`s bulk density, PH value, stickiness, grain size and repose angel etc. The silos are equiped with air cannon, level indicator and pressure relief valve.
4. De-dusting and recycling system: dust collector on top of silo, central dust collector and portable recycle machine.
5.Feeding system: Gravity feeding section-pneumatic conveying and assistant valves; mechanical assistant feeding section- screw and vibration feed.
6. Weighing and batching system: main material weighing system, pre-weighing system for additives, and light material weighing system, mixer, and finished product silo.

8. Packing system: small bag packing machine, big bag packing machine and bulk packing system.
9. Air supply system and piping: air compressor, drying and filtering equipment, piping.

12. Steel construction: steel tower, finished warehouse, lighting system, fire fighting system.

2. Bulk cement and fly ash do not need to be upgraded into the tank and pumped into the tank through the pump truck.

4. The metering system introduces the raw materials in the silo into the measuring bin with the cooperation of the measuring screw, and realizes the raw material metering through the data feedback of the sensor.
5. The metered material is transported to the upper part of the dry mixing mortar mixer through the screw conveyor. When the mixed warehouse is a pneumatic large opening type, the material to be mixed can be quickly put into a dry mortar mixer to achieve continuous production of dry mortar.
