Description:

When the dust remover is working, dusty gas enters the ash hopper or enters the filter bag room through the open flange, and the filter bag is filtered to enter the purging chamber. After the exhaust of the purified air chamber is exhausted by the fan, the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. With the continuous accumulation of dust, the resistance of the dust collector is continuously increased. When the resistance increases to the set upper limit, the dust removal system needs to remove the dust on the filter bag. The dedusting system is controlled by the program, the pulse valve is opened in turn, the compressed air in the air bag is blown by the blow pipe, and the ambient air induced by the Venturi tube several times the primary air enters the filter bag. This is the instant bag bag expansion and With the reverse action of the air flow, dust is shaken off to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

Maintenance:
| 1. Before starting the dust collector in each class, check the oil level of the centrifugal fan unloader, the oil level of the fan bearing box, and check whether the feet and fastening bolts are loose. Check that the line damper is at the set switch position. Check that the knob position of the pulse controller is appropriate. |
| 2. Start the dust collector before starting the crusher. |
| 3. Restart the shredder. |
| 4. Turn on the pulse controller vacuum cleaner to start working. |
| 5. In the work of the precipitator, each shift will start the unloader 5~10 minutes before parking. A soft cloth tube should be attached to the ash outlet near the belt to allow the dust to flow slowly on the belt to prevent secondary dust. |
