Use and maintenance:
1. Equipment installation: According to the process foundation map, the user prepares the foundation pit of the hoist, the masonry is firm and waterproof, and the fixed tank is installed according to the requirements. Then the equipment is installed, the mixer platform, the guardrail, the ladder, the hoisting fixed mixer, Finished warehouse, packaging machine, hoist, and then installation of measuring buckets, batching conveyors, etc. When installing, the welding should be firm, the screws should be tightly closed, the power supply is 380V/50Hz three-phase AC power, the main switch is set above the control box, the leakage protector is configured, and the motor power cable should use the national standard cable to improve the safety factor.
2, check the oil injection: before use, the oil must be filled with oil (the cycloidal needle reducer requires the addition of oil), and then carry out no-load operation (press the arrow), check whether the solid parts are loose, electrical is normal, mechanical Whether it works normally, if there is an abnormality, carry out the whole and debug.
3, boot sequence: automatic batching machine---lift machine--to be mixed warehouse---mixer---secondary mixer---packaging machine; the feeding amount can not exceed the specified volume, the mixer can not stop running when discharging To ensure that each batch is completely discharged; if an abnormality is found in the middle of the operation, it must be stopped immediately.
4. Feeding sequence: cement, (powder)---quartz sand (aggregate)---additive (fiber) is added to the feeding port on the mixer to prevent residue in other links and affect product quality.
5. Equipment cleaning: Before the work, the materials in the mixer or hopper must be drained to prevent the material from being tied or loaded during the next production and affecting normal production.
Work process of dry mortar palnt:
Put the materials into the storage silos→automatic weighing system→enter the premix tank→twin shaft paddle mixer mixing( mixing 2-3min)→discharge into the holding tank→make another mixing→down to new designed automatic filling and packing machine→finished packed mortar
