The drying system is a core of the entire mortar station and a key point in determining overall production efficiency. At present, the single-cylinder dryer has been gradually eliminated, because the single-cylinder dryer is not only large in area but also high in coal consumption, and the advantage is that it is easy to maintain. With the maturity of the three-cylinder dryer technology, the mainstream began to use a three-cylinder dryer. The overall production efficiency of the three-cylinder dryer is divided into 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and other series. Refers to the dry sand production per hour. The mixing system generally adopts a single-axis pear knife type or a double shaft without gravity.
