The drying system is a core of the entire mortar station and a key point in determining overall production efficiency. At present, the single-cylinder dryer has been gradually eliminated, because the single-cylinder dryer is not only large in area but also high in coal consumption, and the advantage is that it is easy to maintain. With the maturity of the three-cylinder dryer technology, the mainstream began to use a three-cylinder dryer. The overall production efficiency of the three-cylinder dryer is divided into 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and other series. Refers to the dry sand production per hour. Generally 30 can reach 2,528 tons of output, then the mortar can be stirred is 3,540 tons.
The mixing system generally adopts a single-axis pear knife type or a double shaft without gravity. Both mixers can be used in mortar stations, but they are also very particular in terms of equipment selection. The single-axis pear knife mixing machine can stir more fully, especially some very small additives, so it can be used to produce special mortar. The disadvantage is high cost and low mixing efficiency. The double-axis gravity-free mixing host has high mixing precision.
